Placing an Order

Browse through the different choices of your desired product category and pick one that suits your needs the most. If you notice that your chosen item comes in different sizes or colors, pick the correct size or color before clicking – “Add to Basket“

Now you will be directed to the Shopping Cart page where you will be able to review your chosen products. You can then enter your delivery address to process your order. 

Yes. Pick as many item(s) as you would like to purchase through clicking “Add to Basket.” Then go back to the product page you are interested in, click on “Add to Basket” on that item too, and proceed to “Enter Shipping Address” to confirm your order.

Of course. You can enter any shipping address during your checkout and add a different billing address.

We will send you an email notification to your email address during checkout when you’re done placing your order. If you give us your contact number, we might notify you with a text message, approving the order as well as the tracking information.

No, this is not mandatory.

Your Existing Order

If you feel it necessary to add new products to an existing order, you will have to place an additional order. Flip Epic does not store credit card information and we cannot process any updates made after the placement of an order.

We allow termination for full-priced products within 60 minutes after the placement of an order. We recommend you to contact us support@flipepic.com immediately within that timeframe should you to cancel an order. All order cancellations are time-sensitive because Flip Epic tries to process orders as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Flip Epic offers free shipping in all US states. We also offer worldwide shipping.

It takes 1 to 3 business days for us to process an order. On the other hand, USPS and UPS may take 3 to 7 business days. In general, it takes an order 7-10 business days to reach its destination once it is ordered

Yes. You could be charged a brokerage fee for shipping to Canada. Flip Epic cannot be held responsible for any brokerage fees on any parcels shipping to Canada. Those fees are generated by Canadian customs and such shipping companies as UPS.  As a result, Flip Epic has no control over such costs.

Flip Epic uses USPS and UPS (Express Delivery) for the delivery of all ordered products.

We are located in Hamtramck, MI. Some of our items are shipped directly from our own warehouse while some are delivered from Flip Epic’s associated warehouses located in Texas, Oregon, California, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, New York, and North Carolina.

Our team tries to process an order the same day it is ordered (as long as it is a business day and ordered before 2:00PM CST). Otherwise, we start processing the next business day.

Yes. You will be able to track your parcel in real-time with the tracking order we will provide to you. Flip Epic will send an automated email to you to your email address that you added in the shipping software. In case you are unable to find any email from us containing your tracking order, check your spam or trash folders. 

Damage of products during shipping occurs rarely but if that occurs to you, you should try to report the incident witching 24 hours after receiving your product.

Returns Policy

- Email us at support@flipepic.com or call us at 1-775-344-3924 to receive return merchandize authorization. We will email you a return address. It is important to remember that returns without Flip Epic’s authorization may be subject to restocking fees

- Before you proceed to return an item, you should carefully package it in its original packaging with all of its parts and manuals (if any). Please write a note mentioning your full name, address and the order number, and then enclose it in the box. 

- Now ship the product back to the address mentioned in return authorization with an insured shipping carrier. Make sure to insure your product for its purchase price. Flip Epic is not responsible for any damaged or lost shipments back to its warehouse. If any damages occur during return shipment, it is you who will be responsible to file a claim with your chosen carrier. You are also responsible to ship the product back at your own expense.

 

- If the product is damaged or lost in return shipping but you did not choose to insure the parcel, you won’t receive any refund from Flip Epic.

We will arrange to issue your refund within 7 to 10 business days starting from the time our team receives your product. We always try to process the refund as early as possible, there could be further delays by your credit/debit card or the bank processing the return. 

All refunds should arrive at Flip Epic’s warehouse in resalable condition. Otherwise, we possess the right to withhold any amount or all of your refund.

In case you refuse the delivery of your product without notifying Flip Epic within 24 hrs., your refund may be subject to shipping cost incurred to ship the product to you and the cost to let the product come back to Flip Epic.

In case you receive any defective product from us, you have to notify our team within 10 days after you receive the product. Flip Epic will replace the product or its defective parts without any extra charge.

However, in the case of damaged products, if you report us following the above methods, we will arrange to ship you a new item as soon as possible without any extra cost. Please remember to take pictures of the item and the packaging since this might be requested by the shipping carriers.   

Products shipped through USPS or UPS should be opened immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defect must be photographed and then emailed to support@flipepic.com within 24 hrs.
