Returns Policy

Overview

Flip Epic always cares about customer satisfaction and our simple refund policy stands for that. In order to make you 100% satisfied with your order, we guarantee you the confidence that have the opportunity to exchange or return your order within 30 days of delivery if you find it unsatisfactory. However, certain products (e.g. customized items) may not be eligible for return. 

How to return a product?

  • Email us at support@flipepic.com or call us at 1-775-344-3924 to receive return merchandize authorization. We will email you a return address. It is important to remember that returns without Flip Epic’s authorization may be subject to restocking fees
  • Before you proceed to return an item, you should carefully package it in its original packaging with all of its parts and manuals (if any). Please write a note mentioning your full name, address and the order number, and then enclose it in the box. 
  • Now ship the product back to the address mentioned in return authorization with an insured shipping carrier. Make sure to insure your product for its purchase price. Flip Epic is not responsible for any damaged or lost shipments back to its warehouse. If any damages occur during return shipment, it is you who will be responsible to file a claim with your chosen carrier. You are also responsible to ship the product back at your own expense. 
  • If the product is damaged or lost in return shipping but you did not choose to insure the parcel, you won’t receive any refund from Flip Epic.

About refunds:

We will arrange to issue your refund within 7 to 10 business days starting from the time our team receives your product. We always try to process the refund as early as possible, there could be further delays by your credit/debit card or the bank processing the return. 

All refunds should arrive at Flip Epic’s warehouse in resalable condition. Otherwise, we possess the right to withhold any amount or all of your refund. 

Refusing delivery

In case you refuse the delivery of your product without notifying Flip Epic within 24 hrs., your refund may be subject to shipping cost incurred to ship the product to you and the cost to let the product come back to Flip Epic. 

Defective item

In case you receive any defective product from us, you have to notify our team within 7 days after you receive the product. Flip Epic will replace the product or its defective parts without any extra charge. 

Damaged item

In case of damaged products, if you report us following the above methods, we will arrange to ship you a new item as soon as possible without any extra cost. Please remember to take pictures of the item and the packaging since this might be requested by the shipping carriers.   

Products shipped through USPS or UPS should be opened immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defect must be photographed and then emailed to support@flipepic.com within 24 hrs.
